Traci Holian is the founding attorney of Holian Law, P.C. Traci earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley and her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. She began her legal career in Silicon Valley civil litigation firms, handling complex commercial disputes alongside high-conflict family law matters.
She is recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and is a speaker and educator within the legal community, teaching continuing legal education programs.

Traci’s practice focuses on high-conflict family law matters, including domestic violence, coercive control, custody disputes, complex support issues, and cases involving significant financial or power imbalances.
