Traci Holian is the founding attorney of Holian Law, P.C. Traci earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley and her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. She began her legal career in Silicon Valley civil litigation firms, handling complex commercial disputes alongside high-conflict family law matters.

She is recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and is a speaker and educator within the legal community, teaching continuing legal education programs.

Edward C. Nino serves as Of Counsel to Holian Law, P.C., where he leads the firm’s trust, estate, and elder abuse litigation practice. He brings more than three decades of courtroom experience, exceptional trial skill, and a reputation forged in some of California’s most demanding legal arenas.

Edward is widely recognized for his trial work at the Santa Clara County Public Defender’s Office, where he tried and resolved thousands of complex cases over the course of his public service career. His courtroom advocacy and high-profile matters have been featured nationally on 48 Hours and 60 Minutes, and he has been interviewed by NPR regarding complex criminal and justice-system issues. His work has also been recognized by the Daily Journal for its significance within California’s legal community.

Following his tenure as a public defender, Edward transitioned into trust and estate litigation at leading Silicon Valley firms. His practice has included contested trust actions, undue influence claims, fiduciary misconduct, and elder abuse litigation involving significant assets, sophisticated estate structures, and complex family dynamics.

Edward’s experience is uniquely distinguished by his background as a licensed financial advisor and securities broker, regulated by FINRA. This rare dual expertise gives him deep insight into cases involving family wealth, fiduciary decision-making, financial instruments, and sophisticated asset structures.

In addition to his litigation practice, Edward is a respected educator within the legal community, regularly teaching MCLE courses and professional seminars on trust and estate litigation, elder abuse claims, fiduciary misconduct, and trial strategy.
